Compulsory insurance is subject to civil liability of carriers carrying passengers by rail, sea, air, road and city electric transport, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of a Carrier to Passengers" No. 444-II dated 01.07. 2003.
